ARTEGROUND ART FESTIVAL 2011

THE FINNISH CONTEMPORARY EXHIBITION OF FINNISH ART in Viljandi City Gallery, Tallinna 11/1, 71012 VILJANDI, ESTONIA

"WATER"

The ARTEGROUND ART FESTIVAL in 2011 comprised a contemporary art exhibition by Finnish artists, an international Art and Culture Symposium, and an ARTEGROUND Landscape project realised in the terrain of Viljandi. Artist in Landscape was a self-steering and self-financed opportunity for the professional artists and students in arts for working and presenting the works in a contemporary art exhibition. The works were created in the ruins of a fortress, on waterfront, etc. The works created during the workshops were compiled together to a collective art exhibition.
